PICK UP IN STORE
All pick up in store orders will be notified with an email when the order is packed, processed and available at our store for collection.

We ship to most destinations around the world and we use DHL Express for all orders.
Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Rendr is a same day delivery option available to our Perth customers. Rendr delivery provides a Rendr Fast and Rendr Flexible option
Rendr Fast - Once order has been packed it will be received within 3 hours of the same day of Rendr Fast courier being booked.
Rendr Flexible - Once order has been packed it will be received by 5pm on the same day as Rendr courier has been booked.
Rendr orders will only be fulfilled from Monday to Friday between 9am and 3.30pm. Any orders made outside of these times or on public holidays will be fulfilled during the next work day.
72 HOUR RELEASES
All 72 Hour Releases are made to order items, as the items are made to order shipping of these orders will occur once the item has been printed. Fulfilment of 72 Hour Releases will occur as the items are printed and due to this shipping times can be longer than standard items.
Fulfilment timeframes for 72 hour Releases can be 24 hours to 7 days.
Rendr same day delivery is available for 72 hour releases, due to these items being made to order Rendr delivery services are only able to be booked once orders have been printed.
Booking Rendr delivery for 72 Hour Releases does not mean your order will be printed or sent out quicker. If the Rendr delivery option is selected we are not able to offer refunds.
William Street store purchases
Unwanted items purchased in store may be returned within 7 business days of purchase. You must provide the original receipt for the purchased items that are being returned. You will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for one year, or, subject to availability, you can exchange your purchase. If your item is faulty or not as described, you have different rights (see “Faulty Items” below).
Purchases of sale or discounted items are final; no returns are accepted unless the items are faulty and this was not obvious prior to purchase (see “Faulty Items” below).
Items purchased in the William Street store can only be returned to our William Street store.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or gift voucher. Returned products must be in perfect saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. Items purchased online cannot be returned in store and the online store does not accept returns of in store purchases
We cannot accept any returns on underwear, swimwear, or socks for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described (see “Faulty Items” below).
We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online or purchase in store.
If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund. If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.
This does not apply to items which are discounted by us for an obvious fault.

All 72 hour releases are special made to order items and due to this no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
