Our Warehouses

We fulfil orders from 2 warehouses: our Australian warehouse, and our international warehouse, which ships worldwide.

How Does It Work?

Your order will dispatch from the warehouse best suited to your location. International customers will only have access to the international warehouse holding.

Australian customers will be able to access both the international and Australian warehouses. 

Australian Warehouse

Handles domestic Australian orders and international orders where applicable.

  • Domestic (AU) flat rate standard shipping - $14.99, approximately 5-7 days.
  • Domestic (AU) flat rate express shipping - $19.99, approximately 2-4 days.
  • Domestic (AU): Flat rate shipping, free on orders over $175 AUD — this threshold applies to your total order regardless of whether it ships in multiple parcels. To note this is a standard delivery service.
  • International: Courier-integrated rates with duties, taxes & delivery timeframe calculated at checkout via Zonos.
  • International free shipping: Orders over $300 AUD

International Warehouse

Our international warehouse ships worldwide, including to Australia. A key benefit — duties and taxes are included in your shipping rate (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no surprise charges when your parcel arrives.

  • Ships to: Australia, United States, United Kingdom, European Union & Rest of World
  • Free shipping on orders over $300 AUD (or local currency equivalent)

Split Shipments

For now this is only relevant to Australian customers, this will be introduced to the ROW in the coming weeks. 

If you order products stocked across multiple warehouses, your order may ship as separate parcels. We'll always try to fulfil from one location first. When you reach the checkout on the site, you will be shown where items are shipping from for clarity with tracking your items. If your order does split, you'll receive a notification after purchase with tracking for each parcel. Free shipping thresholds still apply to your total order value, and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

How Does It Work?

Us Warehouse

Handles orders shipping to the United States and Canada.

  • Ships to: United States and Canada only

Domestic Orders

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Express Shipping within Australia will take approximately 2 - 4 working days. Standard shipping within Australia will take approximately 5-7 days. For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post

By selecting Express Shipping for your orders, you acknowledge that there is a possibility that delivery delays may occur, and that StreetX will not refund any postage charges or be held responsible for any delays. Express Shipping does not cover orders being packed faster, but it does cover orders being sent out quicker through the Australia Post network.

For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 3 -5 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

Please note that during busy release periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

Specialty Releases

All 72-hour releases, 24-hour releases, DTG items are made-to-order items and are considered specialty releases. As the products are made-to-order, shipping of orders containing these products will occur once the product has been printed. Fulfilment of orders containing these products will occur as they are made available to dispatch. Shipping times of orders containing any of the above products are longer than standard timeframes.

Production timeframes for specialty release items can be 24 hours to 14 days depending on stock held, this will impact order fulfillment for any orders that contain these products. Once the items have been produced orders will be fulfilled from the earliest received.

Due to the nature of specific specialty releases, pick up in store may be disabled while the product is available for sale.

William Street Store Purchases

Unwanted items purchased in store may be returned within 7 business days of purchase.  You must provide the original receipt for the purchased items that are being returned. You will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for one year, or, subject to availability,  you can exchange your purchase. If your item is faulty or not as described, you have different rights (see “Faulty Items” below).

Purchases of sale or discounted items are final; no returns are accepted unless the items are faulty and this was not obvious prior to purchase (see “Faulty Items” below).

Items purchased in the William Street store can only be returned to our William Street store.

Online Purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or gift voucher. Returned products must be in perfect saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. For Australian domestic orders please contact our team at info@streetx.com.au

For international orders please contact our team at info@streetx.com.au.

Items purchased online cannot be returned in store and the online store does not accept returns of in store purchases

Exceptions

We cannot accept any returns on underwear, swimwear, or socks for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described (see “Faulty Items” below).

Exchanges

We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online or purchase in store.

Faulty Items

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund.  If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.

This does not apply to items which are discounted by us for an obvious fault.
