I've selected 'Pick Up in Store.' What next?

All pick up in store orders will be notified with an email when the order is packed, processed and available at our store for collection.

If you are unable to collect your item within the 14 day window your your order will be returned to our warehouse and a shipping invoice will be sent out. If payment for shipping is not received within 7 days of being issued your order will be made void and a store credit for 60% of the order value will be issued.

I just purchased a VIP Membership but don't have a store account. What do I do?

In order to use your VIP membership you must be signed in to a StreetX store account using the same email address you used to sign up for your VIP Membership. You can sign up for a store account here: Register Now 

If you used the same email address your membership will be automatically applied.

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. We offer store credit and exchange.

With all orders, all exchanges and order changes will be at the expense of the customer. Please take your time choosing and if you need any help with your purchase let us know. Size chart is provided and all info for products is included in the product details section. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@streetx.com.au and we will send you a free return label.
