Can I do 'Pick Up In Store?' Why can't we anymore?
Our pick up in store feature will be disabled from the Black Friday period in November until Mid January as we are working to streamline our customer experience and ensure you are all getting your orders as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we are now offering RENDR same day delivery service for all of you who want your product... yesterday!

I've selected 'Pick Up in Store.' What next?
All pick up in store orders will be notified with an email when the order is packed, processed and available at our store for collection.
If you are unable to collect your item within the 14 day window your your order will be returned to our warehouse and a shipping invoice will be sent out. If payment for shipping is not received within 7 days of being issued your order will be made void and a store credit for 60% of the order value will be issued.
What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. We offer store credit and exchange.
With all orders, all exchanges and order changes will be at the expense of the customer. Please take your time choosing and if you need any help with your purchase let us know. Size chart is provided and all info for products is included in the product details section. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you a free return label.
