Each purchase of this item during the promotional period receives one (1) entry into The Flaming Truck Christmas Giveaway, a trade promotion lottery conducted by StreetX.

Key information:

  • Promotion runs from 8:00am AWST 25 December 2025 to 9:00am AWST 30 December 2025 5:00pm AWST.

  • Entry is open to Australian residents, excluding South Australia.

  • Entrants under 18 years must have parent or guardian consent, and any prize will be accepted on their behalf.

  • Multiple purchases = multiple entries, subject to stock availability.

  • The winner will be selected via a random electronic draw, conducted at 12:00pm AWST on 31 December 2025.

  • The draw will be filmed and published on StreetX social channels.

  • The winner will be notified by phone and email and must claim the prize within 48 hours, or a redraw may occur.

Prize details:

  • The prize is one (1) 2025 Mazda BT-50, custom modified by StreetX.

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Registration, stamp duty, and compulsory insurance are included for Western Australia only.

  • Interstate winners are responsible for any additional transfer, registration, freight, or on-road costs.

  • Entries are subject to stock availability.

  • Personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion, in accordance with StreetX’s Privacy Policy.

Domestic Orders

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Express Shipping within Australia will take approximately 2 - 4 working days. Standard shipping within Australia will take approximately 5-7 days. For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post

By selecting Express Shipping for your orders, you acknowledge that there is a possibility that delivery delays may occur, and that StreetX will not refund any postage charges or be held responsible for any delays. Express Shipping does not cover orders being packed faster, but it does cover orders being sent out quicker through the Australia Post network.

For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 3 -5 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

Please note that during busy release periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

International Orders

We ship to most destinations around the world and we use DHL Express for all orders.

Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Specialty Releases

All 72-hour releases, 24-hour releases, DTG items are made-to-order items and are considered specialty releases. As the products are made-to-order, shipping of orders containing these products will occur once the product has been printed. Fulfilment of orders containing these products will occur as they are made available to dispatch. Shipping times of orders containing any of the above products are longer than standard timeframes.

Production timeframes for specialty release items can be 24 hours to 14 days depending on stock held, this will impact order fulfillment for any orders that contain these products. Once the items have been produced orders will be fulfilled from the earliest received.

Due to the nature of specific specialty releases, pick up in store may be disabled while the product is available for sale.

William Street Store Purchases

Unwanted items purchased in store may be returned within 7 business days of purchase.  You must provide the original receipt for the purchased items that are being returned. You will be refunded in the form of store credit, valid for one year, or, subject to availability,  you can exchange your purchase. If your item is faulty or not as described, you have different rights (see “Faulty Items” below).

Purchases of sale or discounted items are final; no returns are accepted unless the items are faulty and this was not obvious prior to purchase (see “Faulty Items” below).

Items purchased in the William Street store can only be returned to our William Street store.

Online Purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or gift voucher. Returned products must be in perfect saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. For Australian domestic orders please contact our team at info@streetx.com.au

For international orders please contact our team at info@streetx.com.au.

Items purchased online cannot be returned in store and the online store does not accept returns of in store purchases

Exceptions

We cannot accept any returns on underwear, swimwear, or socks for hygiene reasons, except where faulty or not as described (see “Faulty Items” below).

Exchanges

We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online or purchase in store.

Faulty Items

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund.  If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.

This does not apply to items which are discounted by us for an obvious fault.

How to Enter

Each tee equals one entry, so the more you buy, the better your chances! Entries open on Christmas Day (25/12) at 9AM for until December 30th 5PM AWST, the winner will be announced live at our Perth store on New Year’s Eve.

By entering, participants agree to the following rules:

2. How to Enter

  • Each purchase of the official $40 XMAS Day Tee equals one (1) entry into the draw.
  • Unlimited entries permitted (e.g., buy 3 tees = 3 entries).

3. Eligibility

  • Open Australia-wide.
  • No minimum age requirement.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family of StreetX are not eligible.

4. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive a 2025 Mazda BT50 with lift kit, custom wheels, neon lights, and StreetX wrap.
  • Vehicle licensed by Mazda Cannington.
  • Prize valued at AUD $65,000.
  • All on-road costs, registration, and insurance will be included unless otherwise specified.
  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Competition Timeline

  • Entries Open: Christmas Day (25/12) 9:00AM AWST.
  • Entries Close: 30/12 at 5:00PM AWST.
  • Draw Date: 31/12 at 12:00PM AWST.
  • Winner must claim prize within 48 hours of notification.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner chosen via random electronic draw.
  • Draw conducted live at the StreetX store: 272 William Street, Perth.
  • Winner announced live in-store and across StreetX social media channels.
  • Winner notified by email and phone.
  • If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours, a new winner may be drawn.

7. Exclusions

  • Open Australia-wide, except where state legislation prohibits.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of StreetX are not eligible to win.

8. General

  • StreetX reserves the right to verify eligibility and cancel invalid entries.
  • We are not responsible for late, lost, or incomplete purchases/entries.
  • StreetX may modify or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • By entering, participants agree to be featured in promotional content (photo/video/social media).
